Elin is divorce tiger during one of the worst periods of his life. If he was truly in love, that will support at a time like this. But the marriage was a sham from the get-go. So that when the leaves are down. I really do not blame them.

My problem is this: why did he marry her? Was it totally for publicity? He was cheating from day one with these women and he had just married his wife?? Hello? Why did he marry? Stay single don’t bring innocent babies into this union.
It is a sad situation..but I hold any judgment of whatever Elin is doing..there is always more truth that we don’t know…media reports don’t hold the whole truth..she is doing whatever she feels is best for her and the children..
This dude cheated and now she is supposed to stick with him???!!! You serious, hell no ,…..she needs to leave his ass and take that 500 mil, I know I would.
He doesn’t deserve unconditional love from anyone, since he has no love for her in first place. If you don’t love for your spouse, why do you expect the love to be returned?

No one knows what went on there but the people involved. That said, I think you are kidding yourself to think that if Elin really loved Tiger, she would support him now. Come on. He’s been reported to have been with a LOT of other women. Something like that can kill love. I think right now they are BOTH down.
Don’t give her sympathy. She married him for money and fame.
Infidelity is always the result, not the cause of marital discourse.
When a person cheats, they have elected to get their needs met outside of the marriage. They either tried and failed to get those needs met or it was too embarrassing to ask (Hey honey, mind if I bang a few cocktail waitresses? You see, I need variety and I just can’t see you in a brunette wig!)
My wife elected not to leave me after my infidelity. She chose to use our experience to strengthen our communication rather than an excuse to dump me.
Of course, that deepened my guilt even further for a while, but nobody cried for me!
With kid involved, parent should all consider the emotional toil their lack of commitment, patience and perseverance will bring. We elected to learn from my mistakes and become better friends, lovers and committed parents. (See resources)

Probably not. The Tiger Woods scandal is what happens to celebrities when they decide to cheat on their spouses. A real example would be more of the hundreds of Hollywood marriages you see on tv. After about a year or two, they split up. In Hollywood its mostly for publicity (i.e. this huge star marries this singer, its all over the news), but in real life, it most likely ends in a divorce. Sometimes people even get shot -_-

I’m pretty sure she only married him for his money. And a guy with that much money is bound to cheat – simply because I’m sure wherever he goes, women are throwing themselves at him. For a lot of guys, that would be hard to resist and he’s no angel. I never liked the guy – I knew there was more to him then just his ability to play golf.
