First off, because of the infidelity, they just renegotiated the prenup(10 yrs 50 mill and now is for much more money and far fewer years) and that was after the first wave of skanks( I am sure her lawyers have done more touch ups since then). Second, do you realistically believe that a man that is on the road as much as Tiger and is the responsible party in breaking the contract will get custody. The question should be do you think Elin Woods should cut her losses, get a divorce, and ruin his life like she has ruined hers.

He won’t get sole custody and even if he did, why would he want it? It would put a damper on getting the hookers and porn stars.

Happy bachelor? I have a hard time believing he will ever be happy. He’s got everything yet still paid for sex, and a lot. Where do you draw the line?

If his wife stays with him for more money than I hope she does it just long enough to get it, and doesn’t have sex with him. She deserves it. Hopefully she hasn’t picked up anything from him.

she changed the prenuptual agreement. yea i dont think its fair to her or him i mean it wouldnt have been a big deal had he not been married, i mean what else do u expect from a billionaire bachelor but the fact that he was able to hide it for so long and played this good guy role and betrayed his family and fans thats what i find is the ultimate betrayal, yes he should be a man let go of his wife and share custody of his kids and move on he obviously didnt love her enough to remain faithful so why waste his time and his wifes time?!

Why should he get the kids? She didn’t screw every woman that looked at him, he did.
According to the news she saw her attorney the day after his car accident and changed the prenup a little.
I bet the prenup had a cheating clause any way. So she should be fine.
