From time to time a track from Shania Twain is played on speakers on my computer at random, it is always the same clips. He said: “I will give you good”, is a known infection? In fact it was my brothers computer is infected. It should be a relatively new type of infection because they have no impact when search through a search engine.

It is an infection that attacks RealPlayer. You might want to scan it with AVG available here http://www.nicklockard.com/AVG_Internet_Security.html avd set an appointment with Nick to get a free computer scan that will search for rogue code and malware.

That has to be the worst virus I’ve ever heard of lol. That would TORMENT me haha.
Yes you more than likely do have a virus you probably got from a lyrics site or something.
I recommend first starting in safe mode (F8) and getting spybot search and destroy and see if that works. You may have to do a system recovery by pressing F11 when your computer restarts.

PS: no i’ve never heard of a virus like that, but I’ve heard of similar ones that play weird music clips and etc. lol to make you laugh my cousin got a virus that played a clip of Amy Winehouse “Rehab.” I thought he was going to throw his laptop out the window lol. But actually he got rid of it by doing the spybot search and destroy.
