The American Red Cross has launched a new public awareness campaign designed to make it easier for Americans to prepare for emergencies. Campaign – Do not cross your fingers – actor and characteristics of the Red Cross Celebrity Cabinet member Jamie Lee Curtis. Do More Than The Cross your fingers campaign will identify and measure levels of preparedness of the people, encouraging Americans to take simple steps such as building an emergency kit, creating a communication plan and evacuation and inform the public about disaster in their communities. Jamie Lee Curtis, a longtime supporter of the Red Cross and a staunch proponent of personal preparedness in the home country of California for the talks live. It will encourage and to teach mothers how to prepare their families and households for the unexpected. According to Curtis, all cross our fingers for good luck.
