Yes the journalist are lying to us. America is famous for having both sides of the story and that is exactly what you are hearing right now. They do this so they can be right even when they are wrong and keep writing about it like they knew the whole time but that is not the case.

They just try and sell papers. They answer to the best of their knowledge and sometimes that knowledge is shoddy.

Journalists tend to try to tell the truth, they aren’t politicians.
