How do I look like Miley Cyrus. Last week I had my hair cut just above myshoulderss mattresses. Im just done this summer are the best friend of the girls im going to school next year and wondering what kind of makeup to find cuz my skin is semi-winter tan. i wa thinking red roses please no opinions.

Well she has natural looking makeup, so use a light foundation, or a tinted moisturizer, and use a little bit of blush for a dewy look. use a neutral eyeshadow on the lids, and use black or brown eyeliner on the water line. Use a bit of mascara.
You could get extensions, and curl them or just leave your hair the way it is.
